One Notarial Stamp

Notary will Assist client with completing application & then Mail-in form to the Texas Secretary of State located in Austin, TX. 

An apostille certifies the authenticity of a signature, the capacity in which the person signing the document has acted, and identifies the seal/stamp which the document bears. 

The Texas Secretary of State is the only one who issues an apostille. 

*Notaries can only certify non-recordable docs. Originals must be submitted for authentication. 
*Recordable docs (i.e. birth/death certs, wills, decrees, vehicle title histories, marriage license etc.) can only be certified by the SOS.
